I’ve always been curious about people—what drives them, what holds them back, and what helps them flourish. I love asking thoughtful questions, listening for what’s not being said, and helping people step into greater alignment with who they are and what truly matters to them.

My approach to coaching is shaped by over 30 years of leadership experience across law, nonprofits, and ministry. I’m a certified transformational coach, credentialed by the International Coaching Federation, and I specialize in helping clients strengthen their emotional intelligence skills, overcome false narratives, communicate with greater clarity and confidence, and foster healthy, values-aligned cultures at work.

As a 1.5-generation Korean American immigrant, I bring a personal understanding of issues related to cultural identity, belonging, and resilience. I especially enjoy working with Asian Americans, women leaders, adult children of immigrants, young professionals, and others who sometimes feel like they’re navigating spaces where they don’t quite fit. In our coaching conversations, I’ll help you uncover insights, recognize patterns, challenge false narratives, and move courageously toward the future you want.

Most recently, I served for 17 years as the Small Groups Pastor and executive team member at Calvary Community Church in Westlake Village, California. In that role, I helped build a thriving small group ministry from the ground up for over 2,000 people—aligning vision, developing strategies, training leaders, creating curriculum, and collaborating with staff teams.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a civil litigation attorney in both large and small firms. Along the way, I met my husband—also a lawyer—and together we’ve been blessed to build a wonderful life with our two young adult daughters. I’m also a conference speaker, cohort teacher, workshop trainer, published author, and podcast host for Here to There and Group Talk. I serve as a core leader for the Small Group Network, a nonprofit global organization connecting over 30,000 church leaders worldwide.
